It is not uncommon to see Bijou recipes with equal parts gin, Chartreuse and sweet vermouth, as called for in Harry Johnson's Bartender's Manual. In fact...
Simon's got me convinced the glass tube dropper is the most accurate measure for dashes. I've found two Four Pillars gins locally. There may be more. Rare dry and Olive leaf. What's your take on those?
Rare dry is their version of a classic London dry with some native botanicals - the native pepper berry is easily discernible without being overbearing. Very clean, versatile and well balanced. Recommended. I think I’ve tried the olive leaf - intended for dry and dirty martinis of course, quite savoury style from memory which is not my thing, but all their stuff is super reliable and clean. 3 times world’s best gin distillers I think! If you see any of their bloody gin (with red wine) definitely snap it up.
