Wet cocktail
Superbly refreshing. The pinch of cinnamon adds delicate spice which combines well with cachaça and ginger ale

I was fairly disappointed with this one, even though it seems like it would be right up my alley. I found it a bit muddled and lacking in brightness. I might try it again and up the lemon juice to 1/3 Oz, as well as have a very light touch with the cinnamon.

Tried extra lemon and it was good, but still didn’t allow the cane spirit to shine.
