Ferro China makes everything bolder but in this case I feel it overpowers the essence of the Negroni. Not bad but not really an advance on the original.

Needs to be ferro China as it has a very distinctive taste. Bisleri Ferro China is the only other ferro china, but it is a little different to Baliva.

Really tasty and sophisticated, less bitter than the traditional negroni (which I like too but find the iron one even better - Darker colour though).
