I love the simple aperitifs. This is great, falvourful, and perfect with appetisers. Going into my favourites.

Really brilliant name! I made this with Canadian Rye Crown Jewel Nothern Harvest and Carpano Classico sweet vermouth. Great kind of a Manhattan Nightcap!

Ran out of Carpano, so did a “perfect” sweet version - 1/2 carpano, 1/2 punt de mes, 10y WP.

Usually i do this with Carpano Antica Formula. The result is not only smooth but also with surprising herbal back flavors.
