You don't mention the Rainbow Cocktail...very popular where I was in the late '70s.

I've never encountered a Rainbow cocktail. Where were you in the '70s? Is it worth rediscovering? If so, do you have a recipe?

As well as the cocktails mentioned (I know them all still!), creamy cocktails like Alexanders, Golden Dreams, Ramoz Fizz, Pina Colada's were very popular. Daiquiri's also ruled, and all sorts of flavours, Banana, Strawberry, Mango.
Often customers didnt know any other cocktails other than Martini's or Manhattan's, or Whiskey Sours, and often the creativeness of the bartender won the day.
