If you like it a little stronger and fruitier, you should swap the white light rum with a stronger rhum agricole, e.g. the 50% ClĂ©ment, matched very well...

I was very pleased to discover I had the exact ingredients for this, and even more pleased when I tried it. It's very sweet (my cranberry juice may be at fault), but the fruit is a nice complement to the sweetness and it really is quite Christmasy. Overall a very nice drink.
