There's no toffee in this "Toffee Negroni" in the same way there's no coffee in the "Coffee Cocktail" yet both drinks are aptly named and delicious

Made with Campari and Havana 7. Delicious. A lovely blend of mellowed rum and Campari. Sherry's there, but a distant backing singer.
Will try with grapefruit tomorrow.

I did finish it with pink grapefruit peel and it matched perfectly.
