I remember drinking these in LAB in 2008 or 2009, not knowing that I was actually drinking a little bit of cocktail history - its my only claim to fame. Would love to know if anyone has recipes for other LAB cocktails, particularly the creamy Solero vanilla/passionfruit concoction.

Great question! I've done some research via old photos found on the internet and have started on https://www.diffordsguide.com/cocktails/recipe/11377/solero (NB. the ratios are completely made up)

I don't remember the Solero. Do you remember what the base spirit was?
