Lovely fresh first drink.
Bright citrus is warmed as the rum comes in.

Very sour, should've read the review. It has a really strong Tequila punch, with the barrel notes of the rum and the simple syrup trying to do a lot of heavy lifting with the sweetness, and the egg white ensuring it is not verging on metallic. Not a favourite.
The best of both worlds. The egg white smooths the edges and brings it all together. The reverse dry shake “works a treat” as my British cousins would say.
Four stars is too low in my always not so humble opinion.
