A big thank you to Simon Difford for sharing the recipe, and to everyone who took the time to make and taste the Perfume Daiquiri and share your thoughts.

I really enjoyed creating this cocktail back in Argentina. Now, my journey of inspiration continues from Colombia, exploring its incredible biodiversity and the possibilities of local, close-to-home ingredients.
Looking forward to sharing more from this new chapter — and hopefully continuing to exchange ideas and create together.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

Very nice; refreshing, slightly tart but in a nice way.
An enjoyable ‘serious’ (!) fun drink.

You don't often see 4 1/2 stars by the discerning drinkers but I understand why! Delicious. I used Havana Club 3 years.

Delicious drink, the bitters, mint and elderflower pair really well. Mine was significantly darker than shown - the drink in the picture looks quite light given the four dashes of Ango?

The photograph was supplied by Bacardi back in 2015. I've added to my list to make and rephotograph.

Probably sacrilege, but I made this with Havana Club 3. Wow, wow, wow! Nice, rich, anytime drink with beautiful lemon acidity and mint freshness balanced by the aromatics of elderflower and a little Angostura, plus the richness of honey. Maybe it would be crisper with Bacardi Carta Blanca, but the Havana Club 3 makes it feel so much fuller bodied and richer. Absolutely fantastic drink.
