Really good. I used Montelobos Espadin. Evolves from citrus and mezcal notes through the vegetal bitterness as the Cynar appears with the Chartreuse, with a smoky herbal finish. Overall the balance is good though I wonder if the Chartreuse is a little too subdued for ny liking. I might boost it a little next time.

Excellent, fascinating even. This one's unique. Smoke rises through the first whiffs of cinnamon followed by subtle Chartreuse. The eggwhite and Cynar set the stage.

Ok, it's nice but where is the chartreuse, where is the cynar? I love mezcal cocktails but in this case i can smell and taste only mezcal (made with del maguey vida).

I don’t use Vida as a staple for this reason. Would recommend Banhez at the same price point. You get more depth and less overpowering smoke.
