Really good. I used Montelobos Espadin. Evolves from citrus and mezcal notes through the vegetal bitterness as the Cynar appears with the Chartreuse, with a smoky herbal finish. Overall the balance is good though I wonder if the Chartreuse is a little too subdued for ny liking. I might boost it a little next time.

A pleasant surprise! I made this with aquafaba since I had some in the fridge. The Last Word is one of my favourites but wasn't expecting too much from this but it's very pleasant, much more accessible than the LW, too.

Made this with Plymouth Gin and enjoyed how it played nicely with the citrus and herbal notes.
