Hi, everyone, first off thanks for your responses and suggestions. Update: on my last trip to Total Wine, I saw Izarra Verte and Izarra Jaune available. They were highly recommended as substitutes for the Chartreuse's. I haven't cracked them yet, but we'll see!
I'm trying Strega for yellow and Grandmontfor for green. Unless there's a slump in demand (unlikely) or an uptick in production (again, unlikely I guess) we're going to have to get used to this.
