A sweet Negroni with some warm mandarine spices. I feel like it's not as interesting as the original, but certainly a lot more drinkable.

The best use of Campari this Campari hater has found. But I am stubbornly determined to finish the bottle.

If you're not a fan of the bitterness then this version, although full Campari'd up, is more drinkable due to the sweeter madarine flavour of the Absolut and the absence of gin.

Personally it can't be bitter enough for me 🤣 but everyone sometimes needs something slightly smoother

I swapped Campari with Galliano l'apertivo Amoro Bitter.
It was a very nice experience.

Very nice variation on the Negroni, a gentle variation. Will use it as an introduction to Negroni sceptics ;-)

Nice. Sweet/Bitter rather than Bittersweet!

Added to my growing list of Negroni variants, used Dolin rather than Bianco but none the worse for that.
