Made this using the dry shake approach and felt that actually it wasn't as good. Liquid less creamy and colder which contrasted with the foam less favourably. Will revert to standard Difford reverse dry shake from now on for sours. Still a tasty tipple of course!

I like sours but can’t be troubled to go to the effort too often. Glad I made the exception this evening for this exceptional concoction. It contains many favourite ingredients, after all. Going on the rotation list for sure!

Reverse dry shake added extra foam and fluffiness.

Was the ,Sour‘ added recently to the name? Other than that: such a great drink, subtle and discrete, great.

"White Negroni" without sour is a different cocktail. Please see link under "Variant" above.

So I used Brokers Gin (47%), Americano Cocchi and Kamm & Sons (ginseng liqueur). Was a great cocktail and its gone on my favourites list.
