Ingredients:
1 14 oz Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin
1 12 oz Blanc quinquina/kina (e.g. Mattei Cap Corse, Bonal or Kina L'Aér
14 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Was the ,Sour‘ added recently to the name? Other than that: such a great drink, subtle and discrete, great.

"White Negroni" without sour is a different cocktail. Please see link under "Variant" above.

So I used Brokers Gin (47%), Americano Cocchi and Kamm & Sons (ginseng liqueur). Was a great cocktail and its gone on my favourites list.
