1 ¹⁄₄ oz	Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Blanc quinquina/kina (e.g. Mattei Cap Corse, Bonal or Kina L'Aér
¹⁄₄ oz	Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
³⁄₄ oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
¹⁄₂ oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
