Wow! Ever since Simon gave us the 100th anniversary of Princess Mary's Pride (my excuse to finally go out and get a bottle of Dubonnet) I have been trying Dubonnet based cocktails, and this one is just perfect! The Queen mother obviously knew what she liked!!!!!

Nice winter cocktail but a bit heavy on the dubonnet IMO, would go down as far as 30ml
