Liked this, but would be inclined to miss out the sugar syrup - feels like it would be sweet enough with just the passion fruit syrup.

Thanks for the advice! I left out the simple syrup and raised the passion fruit syrup to 7.5 ml. It’s a darn good cocktail!

These is my first cocktail try and I’m really satisfied on the result. I like the fruity flavor coming from pineapple and lime and the well balancing with the alcoholic part.
