Impulsively bought a bottle of CdV and I'm tired of Aviations. The chartreuse works beautifully and lessons the floral aroma while rounding out an excellent drink.

I've been replacing Yellow Chartreuse with Benedictine D.O.M. and Creme de Violette with Creme Yvette, and I've found it's just as perfect with those modifications

This is a perfect blend of flavours. The cocktail is refreshing, but not too sweet. There are herbals hints. Was perfect as a before dinner cocktail, but would also work in the evening.
