Nice and simple, with an appealing cross between agave and elderflower.

Very nice. I used Meyer lemon (neighbor’s tree, I was looking for a way to use a bag of them) which is not as tart as other varieties. My ratio cognac 1.75, St G 1, lemon juice.75, agave 0.5.

so simple yet so good !

This is really well balanced. Some sweet, but not too much. Some sour, but not too much. Some spirit, but not too much. I could all too easily knock several of these back very quickly.
