Tried with Beefeater instead of oude genever, also used less gin (30 ml). Unfortunately, caramel liqueur was not recognizable, taste was full of rosso vermouth.

Wonderful cocktail! I'll admit that I wasn't sure about the mix of rosso vermouth with the genever and the stroopwafel, but it works beautifully. This is a delight!

This is a very nice but not overly sweet cocktail. Definitely a crowd pleaser and simple to make.
