Wonderful. Had for a Burn's Night after-dinner cocktail. Slightly sweet but an interesting colour which varies depending on the the angle of the view. Slightly peppery. Would definitely have again.

Certainly aromatic, and smoother and more vanillery than I expected. The parfait amour needs to be halved though or it is too dominant.
