This came up as a drink of the Day for July 11 which is my birthday. What a perfect after dinner cocktail.
We were concerned about the sweetness so added 8 drops of chocolate bitters and it was within our level of sweetness.
Thank you Simon for another wonderful cocktail.

The cranberry and chocolate flavours set each other off in a surprising and appealing way. Simple yet distinctive.

« Best after dinner ». Yes! It seems like a big dessert with its dark chocolate, but the mix give it an absolute sweetness. A delicious digestif.
