Surprisingly good. Clean structure, very smooth, fruity and refreshing. Combining apricot and sake together is such a genius design. I use Dassai 39 and the result is flawless.

Wow this is excellent. Light and balanced. Apricot lemon and sake in harmony. Almost tastes like a really high end Savvy B.

Love this one. Smooth, fruity and refreshing. The spray of orange oil from the garnish is really important to add body and a bit of zing.

This is a boozy one! The apricot brandy smooths out the sake quite nicely, indeed. Nice finish.
