Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
2 12 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Love this one. Smooth, fruity and refreshing. The spray of orange oil from the garnish is really important to add body and a bit of zing.

This is a boozy one! The apricot brandy smooths out the sake quite nicely, indeed. Nice finish.
