1 shot Martell VSOP Médaillon cognac BUY
½ shot Calvados brandy
½ shot De Kuyper Triple Sec BUY
¼ shot Green Chartreuse liqueur
¼ shot Fresh pressed pineapple juice
½ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

A Sidecar with extra interest courtesy of Chartreuse, pineapple and Calvados.

Variant:

Omit calvados and replace with an extra half shot cognac. An adaptation demonstrated by Audrey at a Cognac Summit on 22 January 2008.
