As advertised, a Margarita with pineapple fruitiness. If you have it, a splash of pineapple syrup helps balance while amplifying the pineapple flavour

Some cocktails benefit from the rounder, delicate vanilla note of a reposado. However, the choice between blanco and reposado tequilas is a matter of personal taste, and most cocktails, including this one, will work with either.

Pleasant pineapple cocktail. Did add a few drops of Margarita bitters to give it a few more flavours and cut the sweetness of the pineapple juice (it's pineapple season in Southern California and they are very ripe and sweet).

If you have the chance to have freshly made pineapple at your disposal this is an excellent use for it.

A nice simple cocktail to make and a pleasing fruity variation on a margarita. well liked by all.
I am partial to blanco myself for most tequila cocktails, but would this one be terrible with repo?
