Lovely balance. I used Green Spot Irish whiskey instead of Jameson which worked beautifully. Not sure if the orange garnish lessens the drink as I prefer without garnish.

No Jameson’s, so used Jack Daniels - worked well!

Very tasty. Nice level of sweetness. But too dilute for me. Would cut back or eliminate the chilled water.

I've amended to both eliminate the water and reduce the vermouth and benedictine to 10ml. Many thanks. I'll also reshoot to depict on-the-rocks.

I think a little water with any cocktail using Benedictine is a must, however I tend to add 10ml
