I love the simplicity of this timeless cocktail. I also love substituting a dried bay leaf for the lime. Try it and I bet you love it, too.

I tried it long ago but I know for sure that the herds of gin and quinine of tonic fit each other so well, as if they were made for this.

Good to match the garnish to the gin in particular. Ive had a blackberry garnish with Aviation gin G&T and it was the perfect match.

50 ml Bombay, ice, lime and a 150mi can of tonic. The perfect G&T

I love Gin and Tonics. My wife not so much so. I added Raspberry Tonic Water instead of straight tonic and she loved it.
