If you're after an alcoholic lemon sherbet in a glass, this is for you. We found it a little one-dimensional, and would consider increasing the herbal element in the future, perhaps with Strega or Suze.

Absolutely delicious, but I love Benedictine!

For me the Benedictine overpowered this - I like Benedictine but not that much and the mix didn’t seem balanced enough overall. Needs something else but don’t know what.

A bit sharp to start with but my palate soon adjusted. Citrus and gin with occasional honey sweetness and a bit of herbal complexity. It also looked fabulous. Ended up going down too quickly.
