Yum what a fabulous daiquiri! This one gets a heart. I used Stade's Beach Vat N°I Barbados light white rum recommended by a fellow discerning drinker (thank you John) and reduced the added water slightly as it was only tap cold. Excellent recipe thanks Simon.
Ugh. I've got a frustrating variety of white rum on hand right now. Brugal Extra Dry falls flat here. Plantation 3 Stars is, of course, beyond serviceable... The resultant flavorage makes me crave my Carta Blanca, which I've somehow not had in house for months. Tough times.
