This is great! Herself and I have been having fun working through a bottle of Licor 43.
I will try adding a bit of lime or lemon juice next time. Maybe 10 ml?

Tasty cocktail. In the summer it’s really good over small ice. Slightly pedantic question though: should it be Olé?

Probably should be Olé but sadly wouldn’t Google as well. Could also refer to Ole, the male given name without the e-acute.

I really must stop using navel orange juice for cocktails. Garbage. The rind is serviceable enough for zest garnish... Anyway, I found a 2:1:1 version of this was much more dynamic than the recipe above... I'm overdue for an orange citrus compare/contrast experiment. (22 Jan 2023, 11:25a)
