The classic proportions for a Between the Sheets are most often quoted as being:
30ml (1oz) Light rum
30ml (1oz) Cognac brandy
30ml (1oz) Triple sec...
Sadly this cocktail didn't taste like anything for me (and I didn't have covid lol) everything sort of cancels each other out. If you like mild cocktails you might like this one.

Very nice. Like a more delicate version of a daiquiri.
Very nice after dinner cocktial. I find these proportions to be perfect. Will make this again. As a bit of history my Mom always spoke of this cocktail.

Not bad. No dominant flavours everything is balanced. Enjoyable
A little too sweet for me. My wife liked it, but I prefer to cut the triple sec with something sharp like tequila. I’d rather have a rum drink over ice to dilute it a bit more as I’m drinking so this cocktail probably wasn’t right for me from the get-go.
