One of my favourite cocktails. I omit the eggwhite, although without I get a nice foam without the specific smell.

Also delicious on a cold spring day. The best cocktail with bison grass vodka that I’ve made.

Delicious. We both agree that it tastes like coconut. Maybe the orange in the egg white foam?

My wife gets coconut as well. I get the bison grass more.
I replaced the passion fruit syrup by Gifford passion fruit cream
