Likely will make this again. The Absinthe lead with mellowing dimentions from the pineapple and frankly Jonnie Walker Black kind'a disappeared in a good way. Used Difford's Daiquiri Bitters (good stuff).

This one didn't work for me. Have been trying to isolate as I like all the ingredients. Absinthe and whisky go well together. I think it was the pineapple which just gave the cocktail a strange flavour. I am Autistic and have some issues with some tastes. My issue may be with just my taste likes. It was just OK to me.

Had a similar response to the Algonquin cocktail. Rye pineapple and vermouth just didnt work for me. Salud.
