I am really sorry, but the specs this way is toturously sour. I agree with Minyoung Kim. Too acidic. This time, I made it with 37.5ml of mandarin juice instead of orange alongside 5ml of simple syrup instead of 2.5, and the drink is much better. Still tart and citrus-y, but now balanced.
Perhaps 20 years since I last made this cocktail so I'll remake and look at the recipe plus add booze and sweetness ratings (the fact these are missing shows a very old cocktail). That said, "Dolce" does mean 'sweet'.
