I’m guessing you are working in ounces while the recipe was originally in ml where bartenders work in increments of 2.5ml or 5ml. In millilitres, the recipe is 35ml gin, 25.7ml kiwi sugar syrup, 12.5ml lemon juice, and 70ml ginger beer.
