Pina Colada Cocktail (Cuban Style)
This Colada has no coconut, but it is smooth, balanced and rather tasty

Used a overproof Caribbean blend made for a tiki bar here in Southern California. Was good, but decided it needed a little for rum falvour. Added a small 151 Rum float. It was great as more of the caramel flavour came out of the cocktail.
