Really like this. Super simple, very balanced. I added a few drops of bitters with my second try. I think this would be really nice spritzed in the summer!

Question: is the name of the drink "Alcazer" or "Alcázar", referring to a Spanish-Moorish castle? The spicey-orange flavors remind me of a castle in Valencia, where the magnificent oranges grow.
Quick review: excellent cocktail. There's a fire (the Fernet botanicals) hidden underneath the orange, and it makes for a fascinating drink. Buenísimo.
