Simon, old bean, this looks interestingly savoury/weird but the olive lemonade component appears twice in the recipe: two variations? BTW, browsing your guide is a happy evening here in Oregon, US. Keep up the good work!

Hi Alan. The olive lemonade appears twice in the recipe as it is used at two different stages of making the cocktail. Please see "how to make" above.
