A very tasty drink. I managed to get my hands on a few Seville (bitter) oranges, it adds an extra dimension. I think orange juice matches very well with bourbon, this gets the sour of lemon with orange flavor.

Well balanced with the rye and spice. Would back off the maple syrup slightly to bring the sweetness down a notch for us. Easy to drink and enjoy.

Tasty! A little sweet, but the bitters and spiciness from the rye help provide some balance on the back end!

Great cocktail, perfectly balanced, the two 'spicy' ingredients (rye whiskey and creole bitters) work really well with the deep, caramel-like notes of the maple syrup.

This is a lovely drink. The combination tames the spiciness of the rye, but it's definitely not too sweet.
