Electric Avenue
Slightly sweet and very fruity with pineapple and citrusy rum to the fore. A refreshing, easy-drinking crowd-pleaser

Many thanks for your reply. As I said a good cocktail and worth saving

Nice drink, found it hard to float the port, but both myself and my wife like it. Will have to try it on a rum/port loving friend of ours

Tawny port may be easier to float than ruby port. I've tidied the "how to make" instructions, and I'll revisit this cocktail with a view to re-photographing. (The existing image was supplied by Bacardi.)

It's a really simple yet really good one, very well balanced and a great crowd pleaser

Only had White Bacardi and 10yo tawny port but it was still pretty good!
