Nice drink, found it hard to float the port, but both myself and my wife like it. Will have to try it on a rum/port loving friend of ours

I made the new cocktail photographed above with a ruby port float. I didn't find it hard to float.

It's a really simple yet really good one, very well balanced and a great crowd pleaser

Only had White Bacardi and 10yo tawny port but it was still pretty good!
