Used 15 ml honey syrup (2:1); maybe verging on too sweet along with the Benedictine, but the lemon seems to create great balance... Couldn't find dried lavender. 4 medium-sized fresh leaves were as many as could reasonably fit in the glass and look presentable, and the aroma (when the leaves were slapped) was lovely... I have a feeling I tend to dash heavy; 3 dashes of Peychaud's created an overall color many more shades darker (and more pink) than what's show in the photo... Worth revisiting!
