Bumping up the gin to 45ml was fine, knocking back the Campari to 22.5 less so. Topped it back up again to get the Campari fruitiness. There’s a reason the classics are the way they are!
Just tried this again splitting the vermouth one third- Cocchi Dopo Teatro vermouth amaro and two thirds+ Dolin dry, and increasing the Strega slightly. Made for a lighter but just as complex five star negroni.♡
