I found the above recipe bland. Scotch and honey barely poking through. Adjusted the specs to 6:2:2:1, with the orange the least. So much better... I comment here because my ingredients were a bit distinct. Run-of-the-mill blended Scotch (got it on sale), Cara Cara orange, Vermont raw honey syrup... I'm curious what other brands and varieties work best for you.

I enjoyed it fine, but would ease on the honey, since it ends up as the predominant flavor
