A favorite go to when the mint is fresh, this is a fabulous Daiquiri. Thoroughly enjoyed with a gold/light rum split, but made it this time with Carta Blanca and a spoon of Hamilton 86 Demerara River rum. My mint is probably mentha canadensis, wild mint, which has a more profound menthol/peppermint flavor than spearmint. Flawless!!!

Oh and of course don't forget the Difford's Daquiri Bitters. Bob's Bitters are the best.
