The Cream on top is symbolizing the snow, the Coffee underneath ”the eternal Sadness of the Swedish people. It was created by Dick for me on my Birthday, right before christmas at Detroit bar in London. Dick was asking for the name of the caracter in Swedish and it is Snusmumriken- he kiind of got it right :))))) love that it is still around.

Just tried this, and the single cream went straight to the bottom - any advice on how to get it to float? (Tasted delicious once I'd given it a stir.)

It also helps if you slowly pour the cream over the back of a spoon.

The trick is to get some air into the cream either by lightly whipping or just shaking the container the cream is in (well sealed of course).
