It's gorgeous. But we thought that the final instruction in the "How to make", which is "Strain into ice-filled glass" is redundant. We simply did everything, from start to finish, in the Rocks Glass that we were to drink from. And our peated whisky "discard" went into a dainty little sherry glass as a chaser.

Not sure how much of a sin I committed by substituting the Amer Picon with Aperol, but the result turned out very well.

It's good but... slightly dial down the agave and serve it up. Oh my! :-)

"...discard excess...". Sacrilege! 🙂

Very tasty but very sweet. I'm going to experiment with less syrup and see how that is.
