Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
12 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
2 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
12 oz Agave syrup
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
14 oz Amer Picon
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Orange zest twist

How to make:

STIR malt with ice and then strain and discard excess to leave the ice and mixing glass coated. Add other ingredients and STIR with the coated ice. Strain into ice-filled glass.

Not sure how much of a sin I committed by substituting the Amer Picon with Aperol, but the result turned out very well.

It's good but... slightly dial down the agave and serve it up. Oh my! :-)

Very tasty but very sweet. I'm going to experiment with less syrup and see how that is.
