Nice butva bit straightforward. Cut down the sugar syrup to 5ml and add 4 drops of bitters (chocolate works well with the pineapple) and it elevates it

Exceptionally strong but booziness blends into the fruity flavours nicely.
45 ML gin/45 ML Pineapple
10 ML simply syrup
